Prep Update: 15.5 weeks out

After a couple of weeks, it's time for a prep update! There have been no updates from me because we haven't made any changes to my plans or to my routine, so I have just been ticking the same boxes, with the same effort :)


I came back to the UK last weekend, which meant a bit of extra stress and excitement, travelling, sorting things at home (I haven't been home for 3 months!) and creating a temporary, new routine.


This week, my days start at 4am... So my sleep has been very poor, which affects my recovery, focus and general tiredness from around 3/4pm. This new routine also means that I do my cardio later in the day, around lunch time. Which is again something I don't particularly enjoy, but it has to be done.


I will post my check in pics from today below. I find them a bit confusing as it's a different spot now, different lighting plus I'm wearing a different bikini (Dream Bikini posing suit from my sponsor) which doesn't cover much lol. So although I am happy with where we are at, I do think that in my check ins in Hungary I looked leaner. My weight hasn't changed and obviously I haven't gotten more fat in the last couple of days, but this just proves how deceiving check in pics can be.


Anyway, as I said weight has been the same for 4 check ins now, so my food got dropped and cardio has been increased. Currently doing 20 mins medium intervals on the bike aiming for 200-210 calorie burn. I will also post my diet later on, I will definitely feel the changes haha.


It's all good though, it's time to drop the hammer!
